Katell Limited - Covid 19 Response

Dear customer,

Amid the very fast developing coronavirus situation, we would like to reassure you about the actions we are taking to ensure business activities continue to our usual high level. 

Whilst we are striving to run our operations largely as normal, your health and safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make. We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.  Here are some of the steps we are taking to protect everyone in this ever-evolving situation:

  • We are working tirelessly to make sure that our products are available when you want them and delivered in the safest way possible.

  • We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the NHS and UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office amongst others.

  • Our customer service team is available to answer any questions you may have and will work with you on the best delivery option for your orders.

  • Our sales managers  are still permitted to visit our customers if the customers health cares is good and the customer is happy to see them.

  • Our installation teams are double-checking with end-users who need a visit to ensure acceptance into their homes before attending. If customers are self-isolating deliveries may be made to the front door or kerbside.

  • None of our staff will be permitted to work if they have been asked to self-isolate or if any members of their immediate family have been asked.

We have been working closely with our supply chains to ensure good stock availability over the next few months but will continue to keep you informed about external factors that may affect this.

While the environment around us is uncertain, we take comfort in the fact that we have a first class team and a compassionate and loyal community of customers. We hope that our website and social channels can be a source of support & information for you.
